The mission of Vine & Associates is to help its clients invest in community development through the application of the tools of financial analysis and management to the challenges of providing affordable housing and reinvesting in neglected urban neighborhoods.

Company Profile

George Vine, CFA, dba Vine & Associates, has provided financial consulting to community development lenders and investors since 1996.  Before forming Vine & Associates, Mr. Vine was a commercial banker specializing in real estate credit for 12 years and a community development specialist for local government agencies for 6 years.   

Mr. Vine’s clients have included CCRC (California Community Reinvestment Corporation), Capital One Financial, and SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, among others.
