Secondary Market Loan Sales

• Vine & Associates managed the sales of over $200 million of CCRC's community development mortgages to a variety of different specialized secondary market investors and commercial banks.  These sales have enabled CCRC to recycle its credit lines and continue originating mortgages on affordable housing projects.

• V&A provided advisory services to Impact Community Capital for its purchase and securitization of $125 million of community development loans from a major commercial bank.

• V&A assisted the Nevada Community Reinvestment Corporation to liquidate its portfolio of affordable housing loans by holding a sale for half of the portfolio and suggesting alternative liquidation strategies for the other half.

Other Asset Sales

• V&A managed the sale of two foreclosed low income housing projects for CCRC.
